Finance Board — It shall be the duty of this board to: visualize both local and brotherhood financial needs; secure funds; promote stewardship education; prepare and present a financial budget preceding each fiscal year; authorize disbursements of funds; assist the church and the church board in planning the financial program of the Church; and provide a regular audit of all financial records.
